Do you charge my credit card at the time of the booking?Yes, payment in full for the tour is taken at time of booking. A full refund is provided should you cancel outside of the 48 hour cancellation policy. *NOTE: You must show the Credit Card and Photo ID at check in.

What is the cancellation policy?We understand that plans can change! Our cancellation policy allows you to cancel your reservation up to 48 hours in advance for a full refund. After that, cancellations or no-show will unfortunately incur a full charge.

Are helmets and safety gear provided?Yes, we provide all necessary safety gear, including helmets, goggles, and gloves. Your safety is our top priority!

What should I wear for an ATV tour?We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting dirty. Closed-toe shoes, long pants, and a lightweight long-sleeve shirt are ideal.

What is your COVID-19 safety policy?The safety of our guests and staff is our top priority. We follow all local health guidelines, including regular cleaning of equipment, social distancing measures, and providing hand sanitizers at various points during the tour.

How old do you have to be to drive ATV?16 years and older for ATV Tours.

Can a pregnant person go on ANY of the tours?No. We do not allow any pregnancy on the tours we offer.

Can I take a passenger in a single rider ATV?No only one person is allowed on the ATV.

Can we Uber/Lyft to the location?Yes, please Ask your Uber/Lyft driver to wait during your tour.
