Our private tours are paced to match your comfort and experience level, so first-time riders can feel confident while experienced riders can enjoy the trails at a suitable pace.

How old do I need to be to drive an ATV?

Riders must be at least 18 years old and present a valid government-issued photo ID.
For safety and insurance reasons, ATV Tours LA only offers guided ATV tours for adults. Every rider receives a safety briefing and instruction before the tour begins.

Yes. Safety gear is included with every ATV tour.
ATV Tours LA provides a DOT-approved helmet and protective goggles. We recommend wearing long pants, closed-toe shoes, and clothing suitable for outdoor conditions.

Wear long pants, closed-toe shoes, and comfortable clothing you don’t mind getting a little dusty. We also recommend bringing sunglasses and dressing appropriately for the weather. Helmets and protective goggles are provided.

ATV Tours LA offers 1-hour, 1.5-hour, and 2-hour private guided ATV tours. Whether you’re looking for a quick adventure or a longer ride through the Angeles National Forest, there’s an option for every experience level.

Can two people ride one ATV?

Accepted Answer

No. Each ATV is designed for one rider only. For safety and insurance reasons, double riding is not permitted. Every guest rides their own ATV and receives a full safety briefing before the tour begins.

Can I Uber or Lyft to the meeting point?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but we recommend driving your own vehicle if possible. Uber and Lyft can usually drop you off at our meeting location, but the final 10 minutes of the route follows an unpaved road, and some drivers may be unwilling to continue. Return rides can also be difficult to arrange in the area, so we recommend planning your transportation in advance.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy?

ATV Tours LA has a 48-hour cancellation & rescheduling policy.

Cancellations
✅ 48+ hours before your tour → Full refund or free reschedule.
❌ Less than 48 hours before your tour → Non-refundable.

How To Cancel Or Reschedule
To qualify for a refund or free reschedule, cancellation or reschedule requests must be submitted by email at least 48 hours before your scheduled tour start time. The time and date we receive your email will be used to determine eligibility.

No-Shows & Same-Day Cancellations
Cancellations within 48 hours of tour start time, showing up late and no shows are non-refundable.

Late Arrivals
✅ Allow at least 20 mins. extra travel time, as the location can be tricky to find.
❌ Don't be late! We provide detailed directions to the meeting point via the confirmation email and text.
❌ Arriving late will shorten your ride or result in losing your spot without a refund.

Group Bookings
All bookings are private. If one or more guests in your group cannot attend, the booking will continue with the remaining guests. The full booking price still applies, unless we are notified of the change in group size at least 48 hours prior to the tour start time, in which case a refund will be issued for the cancelled participant(s).

Weather & Safety
Your safety comes first. If we need to cancel due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you’ll have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Do you charge my credit card at the time of the booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes, payment in full for the tour is taken at time of booking. A full refund is provided should you cancel outside of the 48 hour cancellation policy.
*NOTE: You must show the Credit Card and Photo ID at check in.

Can a pregnant person go on ANY of the tours?

No. We do not allow any pregnancy on the tours we offer.
