Cancellations
48+ hours before your tour → Full refund or free reschedule.
Less than 48 hours before your tour → Non-refundable.
No-Shows & Same-Day Cancellations
Cancellations within 48 hours of tour start time, showing up late and no shows are non-refundable.
Late Arrivals
Please don't be late! We provide detailed directions to the meeting point via the confirmation email and/or text.
Please allow at least 20 mins. extra travel time, as the location can be tricky to find.
Arriving late may shorten your ride or result in losing your spot without refund.
If our schedule allows, we may be flexible and move your ride to a later time the same day. If we are fully booked, rescheduling will not be possible.
Group Bookings
All bookings are private. If one or more guests in your group cannot attend, the booking will continue with the remaining guests. The full booking price still applies, unless we are notified of the change in group size at least 48 hours prior to the tour start time, in which case a refund will be issued for the cancelled participant(s).
Weather & Safety
Your safety comes first. If we need to cancel due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you’ll have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
