Terms & Conditions

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS:

• The card used for payment and the cardholder’s valid photo ID must be present on the day of the tour. Riders may not participate without them.

• Riders must be 18+ years old.

• Each rider must present a valid photo ID.

• Each rider must sign the liability waiver before participating.

• ATV Tours LA has a strict NO DRUGS OR ALCOHOL policy. Anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be permitted to ride and will be charged the full tour amount.

• One Rider per ATV.

ARRIVAL REQUIREMENTS:

• You are responsible for arriving on time and ensuring your vehicle can access the final 10 minutes of unpaved dirt/sand road. 

• Late arrival, delays, or inability to reach the location will result in reduced ride time or loss of your booking without refund.

SAFETY & CONDUCT POLICY:

• Riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited. 

• ATV Tours LA reserves the right to refuse service or remove any participant who fails to follow safety instructions, without refund.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY:

• ATV Tours LA has a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. 

• Late arrivals, no-shows, and cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.​
